is on the south bank of the River Thames near Tate Modern, and is the Gallery of two historic art Societies: the Royal Watercolour Society, and the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers.

Almost all works are available for sale including a large selection of unframed watercolours and original prints. Bankside Gallery also plays host to a diverse range of contemporary exhibitions carefully chosen for their excellence.

Bankside Gallery is a self funding educational charity, registered number 293194, and, we are most grateful to our Friends and Supporters for their financial assistance.

Gallery Closures

The Gallery has to close between exhibitions to hang new work. The Gallery will  be closed on the following days (all dates inclusive): 5 - 8 July, 23 - 24 August, 6 - 8 September.
