My subject matter is the urban environment in its many forms. Initially inspired by the time I spent living and working in East London I first produced work reflecting a run down area in a state of flux, from graffitied streets to the towering presence of Canary Wharf. I have since gone on to record some of the architectural highlights of the city from the Wren churches to the latest skyscrapers, and indeed much further afield, inspired by travels in the Far East, the striking architectural contrasts in Hong Kong and Singapore. I have now moved to Brighton where I am relishing the challenge of portraying of this very different environment.
