Julie Held RWS

Julie works both in oil and watercolour. Her work varies from tiny to very large. She takes inspiration from daily life, allowing chinks of observation to percolate in her mind’s eye, sometimes for several months, before painting it. She works from memory and direct observation. Her work is in both national and private collections. She exhibits in the UK and abroad. Looking and seeing is woven into the very fabric of Julie's being.
