Penny Brewill RE

The main focus of Penny's work is based on a keen interest in model making, plans, machines and a curiosity in discovering how things work. She sees herself as a nutty inventor creating new identities out of old machine parts and the odd fish or two. Printmaking is the perfect graphic medium for Penny: her work demands deeply etched lines with plenty of accidental foul biting, overprinted with screen-printed photographic details in transparent or screaming luminous colours that only this medium can offer.
