MEET THE ARTIST: Mark Raggett RWS & screen printing with Denise Ballard-Wyllie ARE

 Mark studied Fine Art before going on to work in theatre and opera as a scenic artist and prop maker, and further pursuing a career as an art director in film and television. He has continued to paint, mainly the landscape of his native Wales, but also the West Country, the Lake District and the Isle of Man, He works mainly in watercolour and acrylic, producing drawings in pen & ink and graphite.

Associate RE Member Denise Ballard Wyllie will be spending the afternoon at Bankside Gallery amongst the Mini Picture Show exhibition, showing examples of her work and printmaking processes. 

 Denise will hosting a screen printing workshop with stamp blocks, polyblocks and stencils
