Sales Policy
We allow returns from online purchases within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact sales@banksidegallery.com and we will help you facilitate your return. We will offer a full refund if we receive the work in the same condition as it was sent out.
Unframed print orders are dispatched by the artist directly, so please bear in mind that Bankside Gallery does not arrange postage for these sales. However, our artists take the greatest care in ensuring that each artwork is well protected and packaged securely.
Bankside Gallery acts as a disclosed agent on behalf of its member artists and Bankside Gallery earns a commission on the sale of the member artists’ work. When purchasing online from Bankside Gallery, the customer is doing business with the disclosed agent of the member artist. The liability for any issues with the purchased artwork rests with the member artist, and not the disclosed agent (Bankside Gallery).
