As a registered educational charity in receipt of no government funding, Bankside Gallery relies on the ongoing support of our loyal customers. By becoming a Friend of Bankside Gallery, you’ll be joining a vibrant community that supports two prestigious art societies—the Royal Watercolour Society (RWS) and the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (RE). Your support helps us continue to host diverse exhibitions, promote talented artists, and engage with the wider community. Plus, as a Friend, you’ll enjoy a discount on all RE & RWS works both at the gallery and online.
There are two membership options to choose from:
• Gallery Friends – Ideal for anyone who loves to visit the gallery or wishes to support our work
• Watercolour Artist Friends – All the benefits of a regular Friends membership plus free entry to the annual RWS Open
