Bankside Gallery is the perfect venue for both private and corporate events, ideally situated along the Thames path in the heart of London’s South Bank – and just a bridge away from the City.
Home to the Royal Watercolour Society, and the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, our contemporary exhibitions provide an elegant and sophisticated backdrop to match the gallery’s stunning surroundings.

Rate of hire The standard hire charge is £325 + VAT per hour.
Hours The gallery is available for events from 6pm until 11pm.
Capacity We can accommodate up to 200 people for a drinks reception.
Facilities The gallery is on the ground floor and is approximately 1500 square feet; the entrance is from the riverside and is wheelchair accessible.
Catering We have no tied caterers and we do not charge for corkage. We are able to recommend caterers, or you are free to bring a professional caterer of your own choice.
Location Bankside Gallery is situated on the Thames river front, directly beside Tate Modern in the Bankside area of London; a vibrant cultural quarter, also rich in local character and history.
Getting to the gallery is easy with the many transport links nearby; Blackfriars Station south entrance is directly adjacent to the gallery, and Southwark, London Bridge and Blackfriars underground stations are in easy walking distance
